About Me

I am a real estate investor, developer, and CEO of IMC Equity Group, where I lead the growth and management of a diversified portfolio spanning multifamily, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets.

My career began in the apparel industry, where I built a small business in Hialeah into an international operation with more than 1,000 employees and over $100 million in annual sales. After selling the company, I transitioned into real estate, bringing the same disciplined and hands-on approach to acquisitions, development, and asset management.

Since founding IMC, we have grown into a vertically integrated real estate platform overseeing approximately $3 billion in assets and nearly 13 million square feet across key markets. Today, our portfolio generates over $248 million in annual revenue and continues to expand through strategic investments and long-term partnerships.

My focus has always been on creating long-term value through thoughtful development, operational execution, and a clear understanding of market dynamics. I believe in combining an entrepreneurial mindset with disciplined decision-making to build a business that performs across cycles.

I remain actively involved in all aspects of the company, from sourcing opportunities to executing transactions, with a strong focus on building communities and delivering consistent results over time.

Outside of work, I value time with my family, especially my children and grandchildren. It is important to me to build not only a successful business, but a lasting legacy. I work closely with my sons-in-law, who are actively involved in the company, and I am committed to supporting philanthropic initiatives that strengthen communities and create meaningful, long-term impact.
